  4. 1. Open the newsgroup you want to send a message to and
  5. click New Message.
  6. 2. Type a subject in the Subject field.
  7. 3. Type the text of your message.
  8. 4. Click Post Message on the toolbar.

  10. To reply to a news message:

  12. 1. Open the newsgroup that contains the message you want
  13. to reply to.
  14. 2. Double-click the message.
  15. 3. Click Reply to Newsgroup on the tool bar.
  16. 3. Type the text of your message.
  17. 4. Click Post Message on the toolbar.
